About our park
We are a family-friendly park conveniently located close to STL Airport in St. Louis. We are right next to Lindbergh Blvd and I-270 for extremely quick access to anywhere around St. Louis.
We do background checks on all applicants and make sure all tenants abide by a set of community rules so that everyone can enjoy their homes and their community.

rents
Lot rents are $440. Home rentals vary in price depending on size and amenities and start at $250 per month.
Electric and gas are direct-billed to residents. Water, sewer, and trash are billed back to tenants in a flat monthly rate of $60.
Total to move in is $750 security deposit + first months lot rent and home rent.
Availability
We have several vacant rental homes that are being renovated.
We also homes available to purchase. If you’d like to purchase a home but do not have the full amount, we have a Rent Credit program where tenants can purchase a mobile home after accruing enough rent credits. Contact the manager to learn more.
We will move most 1990-and-newer mobile homes into the park for free upon signing a 3-year lot lease and passing inspections and background checks.
